You can close your HugeOne account at any time. This page explains how to do it and what happens to your information afterwards.
Investors
In the app, open Profile, then Personal details, then Close account, and confirm.
You can also sign in at investors.hugeone.io and close the account from the account page.
Founders and startup team members
Email support@hugeone.io from the address on the account and ask us to close it. We confirm the request and close the account for you. If you are part of a startup team, closing your own account does not remove the company profile, so tell us if the company should be removed as well.
What is deleted
When an account is closed we delete your profile, the startups you follow, your ratings, your indications that you would fund a startup, your comments, your photo and your notification settings.
What is kept
We keep a minimal record for six years. That record holds the dates of your account, the versions of the Terms you accepted, and your email address only in a scrambled form that cannot be read back. It exists so we can show what was agreed and when, as described in the Privacy Policy.
